The Longevity Project Baseline Assessment
The Longevity Project Baseline Assessment is completed throughout your Longevity Project Year and will offer a baseline to work with as you live the rest of your life with the intentional goal of improving your healthy years of life.
Longevity Survey: Panoramic Medicine’s in house science-backed online survey is sent through Survey Monkey to members at the start of the Longevity Project year that estimates a members chance of living to 100.
Longevity Pillar Standardized Survey Testing: Members will take several surveys over the year in the areas of sleep, stress, and flourishing.
Longevity Laboratory Test: Recommendations include in depth Longevity Blood Laboratory Panel, Consideration/Discussion around Genetic Testing and other longevity testing opportunities encouraged.
Longevity Scans: Recommendations include CT Coronary Calcium Score and Total Body Dexa Scan
Longevity Fitness: Recommendations include VO2 Max Testing, and Strength, Balance and Flexibility Testing to develop baselines that can be reassessed over time.
