Concierge Care is an opportunity for more attentive, and unhurried primary care. Marking a turning point in Panoramic Medicine’s history, the addition of this service allows us to better accommodate your unique primary care needs. With increased visit times, and scheduling access to Dr. Robinson, we hope to foster deeper, more proactive, patient-practitioner relationships. Your primary care will be about YOU, not time limits or checking off ‘annual exam’ on your To-Do list.
Concierge Providers
Curtis F Robinson, MD will lead the concierge care team with Diana Saylor, PA and dedicated concierge support staff. Caring for a small group of patients allows our most experienced practitioners to continue practicing the best medicine possible. With this, they pace themselves for much longer careers in the field.

Each Concierge Care member will have access to a dedicated Concierge Care phone line to either call or text the concierge team for help. Whether it’s 3 pm or 3 am, you will have direct access to Dr. Robinson for emergency care.

The small volume of Concierge Care members allows us to accommodate your urgent appointment requests. Should anything come up you will have access to same or next-day scheduling with Dr. Robinson and/or Diana Saylor, PA for all your health care needs.

With our previous Primary Care model, limited time made it difficult to truly cover every aspect of your health in the standard 30-minute annual preventative health exam — easily your most important medical check-in. Concierge Care patients will have as much time as needed to complete their exam.

Concierge Care members will be able to schedule urgent evening and weekend appointments with Dr. Robinson and/or Diana Saylor PA if needed.

Upon request, Concierge Care members will be able to schedule visits held in the comfort of their own home. Dr. Robinson will travel to you for exams as necessary.

Concierge Care members will receive in-depth administrative support, whether that be scheduling with a specialist, contacting a pharmacy, or more. We’ll be here to help you navigate the healthcare system.
Starting January 1, 2026, concierge care membership fees will be $3,400 for individuals and $6,300 for spouse plans. Membership lasts for one calendar year and payments can be made annually or semiannually. Children under 26 are included under their parent or guardian’s Concierge Care plan for no extra fee. Concierge Care patient’s health insurance will be billed for each medical visit. You may receive an invoice for any remaining balance owed to Panoramic Medicine.
