The Program

The Longevity Project is a 1 year intensive program led by Dr. Curtis Robinson. Patients will complete initial longevity survey, along with having a variety of longevity labs and scans. Dr. Robinson will host monthly sessions in which he will give Longevity Talks and present guests to teach longevity skills. Through education, practice, and guidance each participant will end the year with an individualized longevity plan for life.

Live Better

Longevity Project patients will participate in 8 Longevity Challenges, incorporating each essential Longevity Habit into their lives. Regular meetings will open up space for reflection and discussion. Over the year, Dr. Robinson will work with patients to determine what habits are most beneficial to their particular goals and biology.

Live Longer

The Longevity Project is sure to give you a new outlook on aging. Dr. Robinson’s goal is to teach you how to Live Better so that you can Live Longer. Patients will leave this program with new skills, helpful habits, and additional resources around Foods, Exercises, and other activities important for longevity living. We hope that you will join us on this journey.
