Our Nutrition Group Care* medical visits are designed to help you take control of your metabolic and overall health through evidence-based nutrition. Together, we’ll explore how your body responds to food on a deeper level and uncover practical strategies to lower inflammation, balance blood sugar, and improve cholesterol. With a focus on integrative and sustainable approaches, these sessions will give you the tools and knowledge you need to reclaim your energy and support long-term health

Session 4: Real-Life Nutrition: Strategies That Stick Consistency Over Perfection—How to Make Nutrition Work in Real Life

Session 5: Five Lifestyle Pillars for Metabolic Health Eat Well, Stay Active, Sleep Well, Stress Less, and Support Whole-Body Resilience

*Group Care Visits are medical visits directed at treating a medical illness and will be billed to each participants medical insurance. Copays, coinsurance and deductibles will apply.

*For current and previous patients who want to participate in Nutrition Group Care and have recently been assigned to a different primary care provider or do not have cardiometabolic disease the cost is $200 per medical group visit.
